1/2 head cabbage
1 sm. onion
2 celery stalks
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 sachet Artificial sweetener (such as sweet n low)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Shred cabbage and carrots.
- Finely chop onion and celery.
- Mix together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sweetener, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate.
