Muesli Recipe

This is a nutritious breakfast cereal and can be more nutritious by adding more fresh fruits and milk

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup oat bran
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

Directions

1, In a large mixing bowl combine oats, wheat germ, wheat bran, oat bran, dried fruit, nuts, sugar, and seeds.
2. Mix well.
3. Store muesli in an airtight container.
4. Serve with fresh fruits and milk. You can store this up to 2 months at room temperature.

    Hi
    great to see your efforts.The recipe of this break fast is wonderful,however instead of using brown sugar any anti-sugar powder or crushed wheat biscuits may be used.You may differ from it as it depends upon individual tastes and liking.

      Or stevia can also take the place as a sweetener.
